Every account gets 10 free pages each month, no card required. Please use them to check that your bank’s statements convert well before subscribing.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. You won’t be charged again, and your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds within 14 days
If you are charged for a subscription and haven’t converted any pages beyond the free allowance during that billing period, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund that payment in full.
Partial months
Once paid pages have been used in a billing period, that period’s payment is not refundable, and we don’t refund unused pages or partial months after cancelling.
Billing mistakes
Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and other billing errors are always refunded in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@bankpdfexport.com from the address you use to sign in, with the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
