These terms apply when you use BankPDFExport. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
BankPDFExport is operated by Abdellatif Iflillis, Latvia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@bankpdfexport.com or through our contact page.
What BankPDFExport does
BankPDFExport converts the transaction tables in PDF bank statements into editable Excel (XLSX), CSV and QuickBooks (QBO) files. You upload a PDF, review the extracted transactions, and download the format you need.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
Plans and page allowances
Every account includes the Free plan with 10 pages per calendar month. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions:
- Starter: 400 pages per month for 29 EUR per month.
- Pro: 1,000 pages per month for 59 EUR per month.
- Business: 4,000 pages per month for 99 EUR per month.
Every page of a successfully converted PDF counts once. Failed conversions do not use your allowance. Unused pages do not carry over. Allowances renew on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, taxes, invoices and payment methods, and its own terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices include or add tax as shown at checkout.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. See the refund policy for when you can get your money back.
Acceptable use
Only upload statements you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass page limits or rate limits, access other users’ data, or use automated tools to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your data
You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the files you download. We process them only to provide the conversion. Our privacy page explains exactly what is stored and for how long.
Accuracy
Bank statement layouts vary, and automatic extraction can miss or misread rows. Always compare the preview with your original statement before relying on an export. BankPDFExport is a conversion tool, not accounting, tax or financial advice.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
